Palms at Serenoa, in Clermont, is Freedom Homes’ newest active-adult community. This low-maintenance, amenity-rich community is planned for approximately 550+ homes and is specifically designed to provide homeowners with an active, carefree lifestyle.

A planned 5,000+ square foot state-of-the-art clubhouse is designed to be the center for all social events within the community. Included in the design are social rooms for hosting gatherings and several break-out offices and multi-purpose rooms that can be combined or used as private spaces. Plans include a large yoga room located off the fitness center, which will offer a view of the beautiful outdoor entertainment area.
